Who operates this website

Ghost Park Ltd, company number 17425932, is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 195–197 Wood Street, Suite RA01, London, United Kingdom, E17 3NU. Contact: hello@ghostpark.app.

What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies and similar storage and access technologies used on ghostpark.app. These technologies can include cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software-development or analytics identifiers, fingerprinting techniques and similar methods that store information on, or access information from, a device.

Current technology inventory

The current website uses one identified first-party storage technology: the consent-preference cookie below. The implementation review found no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags, fingerprinting code, optional third-party tracking, or localStorage/sessionStorage use in the delivered website. Optional vendor loaders remain empty. This inventory must be reviewed whenever the website changes.

Consent categories

  • Strictly necessary: required to remember your privacy choice and support core website operation. It cannot be switched off through the preference centre.
  • Preferences: optional device preferences that are not essential. No preference technology is currently active.
  • Analytics: optional measurement used to understand and improve visits. No analytics technology is currently active.
  • Marketing: optional advertising, campaign, conversion or remarketing technology. No marketing technology is currently active.

How consent works

Optional categories are off before a valid choice. Accept all, Reject non-essential and Manage preferences are available with equivalent prominence. Continued browsing, silence or scrolling is not treated as consent, and optional controls are not pre-selected.

The current consent version is 2026-09-v1. If that version changes because purposes, vendors or technologies materially change, old optional consent is treated as insufficient and the website asks for a fresh choice before any optional vendor may load.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use the permanent control or the footer control at any time. Turning off a category prevents future optional calls, invokes any registered vendor withdrawal function and removes Ghost Park-controlled optional cookies or storage where technically possible. Some third-party data may also need to be handled under the provider’s own controls.

Future providers

Ghost Park Ltd will not enable an analytics or marketing provider simply by placing its script in the page. A provider must be entered in the central consent/vendor registry with its category, purpose, technologies, retention, party status, privacy information, loader and withdrawal/cleanup handling. Its script may initialise only after the relevant valid consent exists.

Browser controls

You may also restrict or delete cookies using browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary preference cookie means the website may ask for your choice again. Browser controls do not replace Ghost Park Ltd’s responsibility to obtain consent where required.

Changes

We update this policy and the technology inventory before enabling new storage/access technologies. Material changes may require a new consent version. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
